High Fat Diet


  •   Welcome

       Since this is the latest rage, I will explain it first and explain the - jet burn diet - a little latter on. The high fat diet, commonly referred to as the atkins diet, requires that calories be limited to about 2,000 a day and carbs to 20 grams. It provides a slightly faster fat loss, calorie for calorie than whatever people ate on the low fat diet, when compared in a study between the two. It did not specify exactly what the two groups ate.

      The only thing for certain about this diet is that carbs are restricted to 20 grams or 80 calories. The diet does not specify how much the protein or fat should be. A person could eat 2000 calories of crisco and a 20 gram carb salad. If they did this the diet would be 96 percent fat. This is unlikely, but still a possibility.
      A more likely outcome would be for a mixture of eggs, fish, chicken or beef, butter, cheese and the 20 gram carb salad. Now depending on the amounts each of these is used, the fat percentage could vary quite a bit. If they ate just tuna fish and the 20 gram carb salad the fat percentage in the diet would be about 10 percent and the protein 90 percent.
       So depending on the food choices on the atkins diet, the fat percentage in the diet can vary from 10 percent to 96 percent fat.

       So what does this mean. First of all, the term high fat is a misnomer, when referring to the atkins diet, as the only sure thing about it is the 20 gram limit carb restriction. Also. Does the body burn fat better at 10 percent level or does it burn fat better at 96 percent level, both of these extremes being possible on the atkins restricted carb diet. This would also mean that the amount of protein could vary the same amount. Does the amount of protein percentage affect the fat burn rate.
      Practical experience suggests that 30 percent fat is ideal, if were talking about a full 3000 calorie diet. Thirty percent of a full calorie diet equalling 3000 calories would be about 1000 calories. So, 30 percent or 1000 calories of fat are both acceptable and ideal. This means that on a 2000 calorie fat loss diet, either 30 percent, witch would be about 700 calories or 1000 calories are ideal. 1000 calories percentage wise here would be 50 percent. 1000 calories fat should also be the upper limit, so as the calories are increased to a full 3000 calorie diet, the 1000 calorie fat maximum becomes or equals 30 percent of the calories in the diet. On a 1000 calorie diet, as a practical matter, eggs and cheese should be mandatory as well as a salad, some grape juice, some potatoes and tomato products, and some beans or lentils as well as a small desert. So the actual ideal figure should fall between 30 percent and 1000 fat calories. The atkins diet usually succeeds because the 1000 fat calorie rule is not exceeded by to great an extent.
       Some examples.
    cheese - eating one pound cheese a day ( 1800 calories ) - is going to result in a very slow weight gain - cheese is 73 percent fat - or fat calories being here about 1400 - on a full calorie diet of 3000 calories. On a 2000 calorie diet, the fat burn would be reduced because the 1000 calorie fat rule was exceeded. I keep talking about the ideal fat amounts in the diet because it is important, the atkins diet only works on a 2000 calorie diet because the fat calories are close to the 1000 mark. The atkins dieter can easily attain this mark by including water based tuna fish in the diet, witch is 10 percent fat, along with there other foods.

    The atkins dieter could prove this himself by eating one pound cheese and 200 calories butter for a week and check his weight loss. The average atkins dieter would be eating - eggs - cheese - meat - fish - so that the fat calories would be not to far above the 1000 calorie mark.
       Again, experience suggests that increasing the fat percentage above 30 percent on a full 3000 calorie diet, results in a slow fat gain.
       As a practical matter, the people on the atkins diet would probably choose a variety of foods, that would make the fat percentage in the diet somewhere near 50 to 60 percent. But since people on the atkins diet are only restricted as to the 20 gram carb limit, exactly what the percentage of fat was in the diet, could vary between a 10 percent low to a 96 percent high. But 50 percent would seem about the average figure for most people. What this means is this. The so called atkins high fat diet is really not that high fat at all, particularly at the 2000 calorie intake level. The 80 calories of veggies allowed on the atkins diet helps fat loss or burn also, as I will explain later on. If the atkins diet is followed the correct way it should work well for most people. But for people who go for extremes in there fat intake on the atkins diet or any diet for that matter, the actual rate at witch fat is burned may be seriously compromised. At the 96 percent level fat may be unable to burn properly, and the protein intake would be only be 4 percent of the calorie intake. At the 10 percent fat intake level, the bodies metabolic rate would decrease, making actual fat loss slower.

      I will try to show latter on that the percentage fat in the diet as well as the percentage of refined sugars are the two of the critical factors that affect how well fat is burned.

      The atkins diet is a low calorie formula for weight loss, it restricts calories and raises the bodies metabolic rate slightly, allowing a fast fat burn. It will not work as a full calorie diet.

      I will also show how the atkins diet or any diet can be improved by choosing certain foods that help the metabolization of fat, irrespective of fat ratio's.
       Sounds good so far, but I had some problems when I tried the atkins diet. First of all, the ketogenesis produced by the low carbs is supposed to make you feel not hungry, it did not work for me. I could never get full on this diet, I limited my carbs to the 20 grams, but ended up eating 3,500 calories or so a day, I tried this for a month and gained three pounds. I thought the ketogenesis would help me lose fat, even if I ate as much protein and fat as I wanted. Well it didn't. I was eating one pound or 1800 calories of cheese and about a 1000 calories of high fat sardines, and some days would increase the cheese amount to two pounds witch is still only 16 grams of carbs, but 4500 calories. About a 70 percent fat intake. Well, I thought you could eat as much fat and protein as you wanted on the atkins diet, not! - so as I learned, as with most diets the calories need to be reduced to 2000 calories or below. I will show later on how excess calories in the diet can be prevented from turning into fat, there by improving any diet.
       Another problem. I love lettuce, I adore cabbage, I love cucumbers, I love tomato juice or a little fifty - seven sauce. I do not like having myself being restricted as to how many veggies I can eat as on the atkins diet. I think some real flexibility in the carb amounts would actually improve the atkins diet. I also love the one almond joy candy bar I eat a day, and don't eat any other sugar besides this except for a teaspoon of honey. Why should I give up this when there may be a better way than the atkins diet. The ketogenesis and or the ideal fat percentage in the atkins diet does produce a faster rate of fat burn than an (un-optimised)low fat diet, both being 2000 calorie diets. I will show how later on how the person who chooses the low fat way can improve there chances of getting a faster fat burn than they normally might.

      A proper human diet needs to be user friendly, and can be, latter on I will explain four different diets that excel at burning fat. One is a diet that can be eaten every day, day in, and day out. With three more that are for special purposes.

       I will show how the atkins or a low fat diet can optimised a little later on. These two diets can both be modified to produce a faster fat burn and an increased feeling of fullness. There may be a better way of losing weight than the standard atkins or standard low fat diet and will explain later on.

      Whole carbs are also not the reason people gain weight, as some people have suggested, but there are very real reasons that people do, and I will explain them later on, in detail, but remember this, lack of exercise is also not the problem, never was, never will be and never has been. It is simply not the reason for morbid obesity.
      Any and all human beings, I said all, should and can eat a normal amount of calories a day, and not gain abnormal amounts of weight. Some people can't exercise, some people simply will not, and it is these people that need the most help and the correct knowledge. The consumption of a much greater than normal amount of calories a day, if done correctly, should only result in a very, very slow weight gain and the the process of losing this weight should be a delightful and interesting experience.





    Low Fat Diet


      This diet comes the closest to nutritional insanity. Not because of the low fat, but because some really bad ideas are usually included along with the low fat diet.
    Let me explain latter on. What I am going to say next is both profound, and a little bit tricky. Lets review a little. On a full calorie diet, lets say 3,000 calories, 30 percent of the calories from fat is close to ideal, and will provide the optimal fat burn. 30 to 50 percent is also in the acceptable range on a 2000 calorie fat loss diet. Pay close attention here and note the difference between the two. It is assumed that a person eating 3,000 calories a day does not need to lose weight. On a full calorie diet above 30 percent from fat will retard fat combustion and contribute to a slow weight gain.

      This is assuming the fat comes from the correct sources. If the excess fat comes from the incorrect sources, the weight or rate of fat gain is increased. You might ask, who eats more than 30 percent of there calories from fat on a full 3000 calorie diet. Let me explain. For the record, more very fat people than not, get fat in the first place by consuming extreme amounts of refined sugar and fat. It would not be uncommon for a whole package of cookies or a gallon of ice cream or something similar to be eaten on a daily basis, I know, because I've done it. I worked with a girl, who would drink over two quarts of plain coke a day. She said she couldn't live without it. Lets see, that's 1200 calories of pure refined sugar a day, plus all the candy she ate besides. She looked pretty good from the waist up, but her thighs were something out of a bad dream. Is this kind of bizarre eating common, yes it is, contrary to what you may have read elsewhere about the way fat people eat. It is true that fat people generally have a hard time losing weight though. Most everyone does, but there are rational ways to maximize fat burn, that is one reason I'm writing this. Since 30 to 50 percent fat is close to the average american full calorie diet, why you ask, are so many people fat. For those people who exceed the 30 percent mark the answer is obvious, but there is more to it than just that.
    There are four reasons.

      #1 On a full calorie diet, the percentage of refined sugar in the diet should be about 3 percent or 250 calories. This should be the daily allowable maximum. And perhaps a minimum also, as a little honey and some chocolate and a very closely controlled amount of refined sugar being a good thing. This is enough for one almond joy candy bar and a little left over for condiments.

       Excess or above this amount and extremely rapid fat gain is produced. Refined sugar calories behave differently from normal calories, and cause any normal calories that are combined with them to behave differently also.

       If refined sugar is kept at 3 percent or 250 calories, there is no problem. Did you understand what you just read. Refined Sugar causes extremely rapid fat gain when used when above 250 calories for a full 3000 calorie diet, and should be reduced to about half that on a 1500 calorie fat loss diet or 125 calories. It's not the calories in the sugar that is most important, except as a measurement for the sugar itself, it is the fact that excess refined sugar also converts whatever other calories are eaten with it to fat also, are you now getting the picture.

       In practical terms what happens is this. A person eats sanely most of the time, but goes out to dinner or has an urge for sugar, so they eat a big dessert or pig out on candy. The excess sugar and calories from other normal foods combined with it, immediately turn to fat. This has been my experience time and time again. It is simply a fact.
    They continue this insane cycle and are eventually 50 pounds overweight. Stopping this excess refined sugar and excess fat cycle is not going to get the fat off, at least not quickly, unless the diet is optimised.

      #2 Excessive, extracted polyunsaturated fats from low fat plant sources are also exceptionally fattening. Excess corn oil or similar oils, from margarines or cooking oils. When used in excess, excess meaning more than 150 calories, they act somewhat like refined sugar, lowering the bodies metabolic rate and interfering with the bodies fat chemistry. This creates a weight gain. The public has been mislead about the safety of these extracted Polyunsaturated fats. You might say to yourself at this point, well then, I will just large amounts of nuts, uh huh, this will not work either, coconut will help burn fat and so will olives, but all the other nuts, including peanut butter will cause a weight gain when used 300 hundred calories or so. Does this mean not to eat peanut butter, no, just carefully limit the amount. Does this mean to gorge or live on olives or coconut, no, just make sure you eat enough of them to help fat loss.
      #3 The lack of the correct herbs in the diet. I will devote a whole chapter to this. There is a dual purpose of using herbs. To change a persons thinking, so that they can see a better way of doing things, make better choices as well as there being a tonic effect. Allowing all the systems of the body to perform in perfect freedom and yet also be perfectly balanced one with the other and working toward a common goal.

      #4 This is probably the most important, for it would insure that the body is burning fat 24 hours a day as well as it is able to. Witch is, not eating those foods that actually help fat combustion, foods in this group and foods that tend or do create a fat gain, may not be what you think.
      So now the person is 50 pounds overweight, there clothes don't fit, and if there a women, and some men, cellulite goes wild and they look bad, breathing and movement becomes a problem. Some of these people find the inspiration somewhere and go the low fat diet route, some go the high fat atkins way, some find a method that works for them, but dieting is so painful for most, that they do nothing or fail at it. Who will rescue these people. I will. Later on I will explain and for the lack of a better name, my diet, called the - Jet burn - diet.





    problem


      The main problem with both of the above diets, low fat and high fat, is,

      #1 neither one recognizes those specific foods that help burn fat. And yes, they most certainly do exist.

      #2 30 percent is the ideal level of fat in the diet, and the percentage can be higher if the calories are very low, a very low fat diet misses the mark, and the high fat diet(full calorie) misses the mark also, just on different ends of the spectrum.

       The high fat diet suggests that beef and chicken are okay, well there are very real reasons why they are not okay, these reasons having nothing to with the fat they contain, but immune system response problems.

       The high fat diet would also limit tomato juice, as it contains to many carbs to be eaten in large amounts, this is a mistake, a glass or more of tomato juice a day may be just what a sick or obese person needs to boost there immune system or lose fat properly. There are 200 calories in a quart of tomato juice, and plain and simple, it is one of best diet foods you will ever find, as well as being able to boost the immune system.

      The low fat diet also limits foods that boost the immune system better than any other foods can, cheese and eggs and fish being the most important, as well as coconut, and since the immune system and the bodies insulin system are intertwined, yogurt also.

      #3 proponents of the low fat diet are also likely to suggest that oils from low fat plant sources are a good idea and it is just this idea for the most part that the phrase nutritionally insane was used earlier to describe the low fat diet.

      Look at it like this. The wife is looking a little fat to me, so I decide to give here a little exercise. Since corn is four percent fat, I say precious, would you go out and make me one tablespoon of corn oil. About 120 calories. So first she has to find 3,000 calories of corn. At 500 a cup, that is 6 cups of corn. Now she has to figure out a way to get the oil out of it. She beats on the corn for a couple of hours and then puts it in a bucket of water and the oil floats to the top. It's getting close to dark now as she finally gets the oil scooped out and saved. The wife looks like she may have lost a few pounds, but the trouble is, I haven't seen her since. The point here is this, oils witch come from high fat plants are the safest, including coconut, oils that come from low fat plants, like corn, should be used sparingly. Soybeans are 40 percent fat, so a little mayonnaise seems okay to use. Peanuts are a very important food, 1 to two tablespoons non-hydrogenated peanut butter a day will have definite benefits. Coconut is plain and simple a great food.

       Also on a very low fat diet, the bodies metabolic rate goes way down, leaving the person feeling abnormally cold all the time, as well as reducing hunger, but why eat if there's nothing worth eating. Exercise is the only way to bring the metabolic rate into a more normal range on a very low fat diet, starve yourself and exercise, this sounds like real fun.

       And let us not forget the mice that live longer on a caloric restricted diet, it works, but no one in a reasonable state of mind would even attempt it, so perhaps there is a way of accomplishing the same thing another way. At the very least it can be said that a person who eats according to the way, that I will set forth in the - Jet Burn - diet, that they will normally and happily eat fewer calories than probably any other way. I have spent a year or more eating extreme high fat and sugar and or a very low fat way, I know from experience exactly what effects they produce. I will cover most of the points made here in little more detail when I describe the - Jet Burn - diet. So lets get to it.





    Jet Burn Diet


      Foods that help burn body fat.
    You the reader need to know what they are. They will help you lose weight, and stop you from gaining weight in the first place. The foods I am about to list and describe, work by improving or normalizing four basic pathways or systems.




       #1 intramuscularly and brown fat system.
      #2 The thyroidal and related systems.
      #3 The hormonal systems of the pelvis.
      #4 The insulin system.

  • Tomato


  • Someday this food will become recognized for it's true worth.
    The dieter should consume one fourth to one quart of tomato or vegetable( it is mostly tomato juice) juice a day. Fifty or two hundred calories. If I was ill I'd do the same. There are several basic foods to improve the bodies defences, tomatoes, eggs and cheese, yogurt, fish, honey, bee pollen, coconut, peanut butter, nuts, olives, grape juice, lentils and grains. I don't recommend cheese for it's fat loss potential, although it helps some, but eaten in amounts of 500 to 1000 calories a day, it is not fattening either, 1800 calories or more a day of cheese will cause a very slow weight gain though. I believe that yogurt should be included here, but used in smaller amounts, one serving of yogurt a day is ideal. I mention cheese in conjunction with tomatoes because they both greatly improve the bodies immune systems. Potatoes in the amounts of one or two a day, a some what different avenue or path, but from a fat loss and health perspective still a good thing. Since were defining the best possible diet here, potatoes, one or two a day are great. I have just defined several foods in general as being the better possible foods to help burn fat. There is actually one food group that is the strongest. It is not this food group all by itself though , but the way this food group is combined with other foods that enhance it.

  • Beans or legumes


  •   Beans or legumes both increase the bodies metabolism, improve insulin use, and act on extra muscular fat in particular.
    For the dieter, a small amount of green beans or peas can be used in a salad, are a good choice. Two or more cans of whole beans a day, is the basis of the jet burn diet, with other foods added to enhance or supercharge it. Can you say - jet burn - come on , let me hear you say it, - jet burn -. Okay, now that I've irritated you we can move forward. I've now defined the foundation or basic elements of the - jet burn - diet.
      Tomato juice and beans, with cheese added in for it's immune benefits also. Yogurt in small amounts or one serving a day, has a different pathway than cheese, it affects the insulin system.

      Eggs deserve special mention here. They powerfully improve the bodies correct use of insulin. They actually help to keep calories in the diet from whatever source from being deposited as fat. This is a rule, one egg in the morning and one egg in the evening or two eggs whenever. If your using the atkins diet, short periods(not prolonged) of stuffing yourself with as many eggs as you like(not exceeding 2000 calories)(a little than 30 eggs) is fine, and for short periods of use may have and can have definite benefits. Helping restore and heal the bodies use of sugar(insulin) being one of them. You might call this the atkins - high boost turbo mode.


      Fish - helps improve all the systems of the body, normalizing the thyroid system as well as improving the fat percentage when eaten with eggs and cheese, it also improves the bodies fat chemistry by neutralizing to some extent the unwise use of excessive extracted polyunsaturated fat or oils.

      Vinegar - this condiment should be used daily as it important for good health.

      Grape juice - for its ability to remove mineral deposits from the canals that line the body.
    These foods are the basis of the - jet burn- diet.
    Okay, let's stand back and look at what we have created. Perfection. We have our foods designed for maximum fat burn and maximum immune system stability. A - jet burn - diet.
    Okay, here is where were at.

  • Tomatoes - potatoes
  • Beans - Legumes
  • Cheese - GrainsYogurt
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Vinegar
  • Grape Juice

  • Cucumber - Squash - Family


  •   This food group also actively helps remove fat from the body, and the leaves of spinach or beet slices and cabbage should be included with them as helpers.

      Now, I am going to add some foods to the list and explain them and how and the amounts they should be used at.
  • Nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Coconut




  •   Cellulite. Can you say cellulite. If your a women you can, and it affects men too. What can you do about it, plenty.
      There are 70 calories in a one fourth cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut. Your treatment for cellulite is this.

       One fourth cup coconut, 200 calories peanuts or non-hydrogenated peanut butter, a couple of other nuts, daily. About 300 calories. Forget all the garbage and bad things you've heard about coconut, if you've got cellulite, as well as many other things, it is your best friend. It increases the metabolism also. So it helps fat loss. Same for nuts and peanuts. In six months you will notice a definite change in the way fat is distributed in the thigh area. Guaranteed. Include some chocolate in your diet, an almond joy bar or part of one might work for you.
    This is your foundation.
    This foundation will provide you with fastest possible weight loss. This foundation will prevent weight or fat gain when returning to full calorie diet.
    Trying to classify foods according to how fast they breakdown, does not work, except with beans. Period.
    Potatoes and tomatoes eaten in there proper amounts) both break down rather quickly, so what, they will both help fat loss, guaranteed.
  • Wheat, Corn, oats, barley
  • Lettuce



  •   Wheat and Lettuce both belong to the same family. There use should be adjusted, that is, there amounts should be adjusted according to if the diet is a fat loss diet or a maintain weight diet. For a fat loss diet the need to reduce calories is paramount, therefore lettuce should be increased as to use and grains reduced(this can only work to a certain degree, and perhaps a better method is just to make sure you eat a small or large salad every day. Any green leafy vegetable will help the body burn fat better, they are also low in calories, there are 100 calories in a head of lettuce, cabbage, similar, a large salad should be on everyone's fat loss diet. This might seem like common sense. But the high fat diet people limit this, it is a mistake(unless your on the atkins diet). It is unlikely that a person would eat more than a 200 calorie salad anyway. But this is more than the atkins diet would allow(the point here is that these foods are not the problem). A mistake.

      When returning to a full calorie diet, wheat and other grains can be added accordingly(grains are absolutely needed in the diet, but should be viewed as a smaller, calorie wise, addition to the most important and key food group, beans. The largest amount of calories coming from any one food in the daily diet should come from beans. What this means practically is this. If you eat 500 calories of grains, make sure you eat 600 calories beans. If you eat 500 calories of potatoes, make sure you eat 600 calories beans. Cheese is the only exception to this rule. Beans are the key food and all other foods should revolve around it. Eating whole grains does not cause the body to gain weight, period. I have eaten large amounts of whole grains for months at a time and never noticed any fat gain tendency from them.

      The reason cattle farmers feed there cattle grain to fatten them up is because grain is calorie dense, the animal is able to eat more calories, than it could by eating grass or hay. It is not because there is anything fattening about the grain itself, it is just a calorie thing.

      Then where do they fit in the picture. There is nothing wrong with grain, but should be used as a lesser, but needed addition to beans in the diet and also to adjust the needed calories, fat loss or full calorie, wheat and lettuce should both be included in the daily diet, slightly more lettuce and other greens if fat loss is needed and more grains can added to the diet when going to a full calorie diet.
  • Beans and Lentils, Wheat and Barely, millet and brown rice
  •   Take these grains and grind them up and make unleavened or perhaps naturally rised bread or biscuits out of them. The yeast witch is added to leavened bread is dreadful mistake(let me explain something here, a bottle of grape juice once it is opened, will after a time begin to ferment, this very slight and natural fermentation is caused by the micro organisms(natural yeast and others) that exist in the air we breathe. This is only a very mild and slight fermentation as long as no refined sugar or yeast is added to it. Man made yeast is a whole different thing and should be avoideded like the plague. When man made yeast is added to bread or used to make alcohol, millions and trillions of yeast cells are created witch are very closely related to cancer cells. Yeast has only one purpose and that is it should eliminated from the body as much as possible. There is more than enough yeast in the air we breathe to satisfy any actual need for it. More on this later. You can add some yogurt or ground up cheese and a small amount of olive oil or coconut oil to improve the texture. You can put these things in a canister and just eat a spoonful if your on a fat loss diet, just put them in your mouth and swallow them. Naturally fermented bread can be made by simply making your own starter(add some grain flour and water to a bowl and keep it warm(about 100 degrees over night - exactly what microbes form during this process is unclear to me at this time) and use this starter to make your bread with. It takes longer for the bread to rise is all, and you do not get the incredibly high amounts of man made yeast. Cooking or baking does not kill man made yeast. Man made yeast is just pure evil.






    Condiments




      Pepper, cinnamon, cumin and all the other herbs commonly used to spice food should be used. People don't use enough of these things. Vinegar is great. Soy sauce in particular will help fat loss, use it in small amounts. Mustard. Ketchup, keep track of the refined sugar calories. Good Seasons salad dressing mix, just leave out the oil. A small amount of mayonnaise, witch is mostly soy bean oil. Of these, soy sauce in particular, should become a condiment that is used daily. You should be able figure out how much salt you need on your own.
    Okay, lets see where were at. We've got the best foundation possible.
    We have defined how grains and lettuce and green leafy vegetables should be used.
    We have defined just how important coconut, peanuts, and nuts are to control the way fat is deposited in the thigh area and how they promote fat loss if used correctly.
    We have listed a correct way to make bread or biscuits.
    I have told you that adding man made yeast to bread is a mistake. Any amount.
    And said a few things about condiments.
    Following later I will tell how to cure acne, yes I said cure, by adjusting the diet. I'll tell you exactly what causes it. Acne on the face and acne on the thighs or buttocks.
    But first there are some other foods we need to include in are foundation.
  • Grape Juice


  •   for reasons I will not fully explain, grape juice should be a part of the daily diet, a half cup or cup, this will help prevent deposits of minerals from forming on the surfaces of the canals that run through out the body, and an occasionally used as a fat loss and cleanser diet(combined with small amounts of apple and citrus juice).
    Okay, we need to cover those animal foods besides cheese, that I consider proper to use.

  •   We have covered cheese and yogurt.
    Were entering an area where only fools or wise men dare to go.
    Lets make this simple, you have got six animal foods listed above, cheese and yogurt, should be used daily, and I've already told you the amounts.
    A little honey and bee pollen should become part of the daily diet. Eggs and Fish should used daily or a couple times a week, whatever suits you. All these foods help fat burn. Fish in particular.





    Citrus and Fruits



      Lemon and lime can be used to flavour water or diet coke. There is no need to go over board here, a half lemon and a half a lime is plenty and will flavour a jug of water or diet coke all day long. Eating more citrus than this a day is not a good idea. Less is good. More or excessive amounts causes problems. Forcing large amounts of sugar into the body is not a good idea, for instance, eating three large grapefruit a day will cause whatever yeast exists within the body to run wild if there is any man made yeast in the diet also. This is not what we want. Citrus and fruits are mandatory, but carefully controlled as to amounts, on the - jet burn - diet. But even these have there purpose as they can be used in larger amounts when going on a grape juice fat loss and cleansing diet.




  • Cabbage

  •    When you make your salads include these, there is 100 calories in a quart of pickled cabbage, make these part of your fat loss designed diet, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts too, these two food groups are mandatory.



    Okay, this is what does work. Well, now on to what is going to cause problems.

    Chicken, Beef, Yeast, Unclean Fish

    Garbage.
    the immune system inter action between these animals and your own systems can not be predicted, everyone is slightly different, it is a game of russian roulette.






    Acne



      The cure for acne is simple, just stop eating what causes it.
    Okay, try and guess what I'm going to write next. Is fat the problem. Only a certain kind, and it is not the main problem. Is refined sugar the problem, in an indirect way it is part of the problem.
    Well if fat and refined sugars are not at least the main problem, what is.

      Yeast or microbes from meat.

      The cure.

     The causes of facial acne and thigh or buttock acne are slightly different.

      The cure for acne requires yeast to be eliminated from the diet, no leavened bread. None. No alcohol. None. Vinegar is fine to use even though it is kind of related. Mushrooms are fine to use. The only foods that need to be eliminated from the diet are man made yeast leavened breads or cereals and alcohol or any food that yeast has been added too. Facial acne requires that the flesh of chicken, beef, lobster, shrimp or unclean fish be eliminated from the diet.

      Eggs are not a problem.

       Since yeast feeds on sugar, the amount of refined sugar in the diet needs to be controlled closely, but this will only help if the yeast is gotten rid of.

      Trans Fats should be eliminated as they disturb the bodies chemistry.

      Excessive extracted Poly unsaturated extracted oils, more then 100 calories, should be eliminated as they will also disturb the bodies chemistry.

      In all of this, it is the elimination of yeast and microbes that is most important. It takes about two months for a fairly good cleaning to take place, but immediate results seen in only a few days time should convince the most sceptical that this works. The scarring or blemishes will start to become less severe almost immediately and heal much faster.

      All pustules should be popped by rubbing with the soft skin of the finger or a sharp point of a pin, do not pop or pick with the finger nails as this greatly worsens the size of the scab and makes it take longer to heal. Clear clean skin is possible for everyone, by controlling the diet.

  •   Jet Burn Diet
    This is a food combination diet. All diets are combination diets, either by addition of or the elimination of some food or food type. Even if only one single food was eaten it would still be a combination diet. The combination being the single food as one element and the elimination of all other foods as the second element, the two elements forming a combination diet. What we need to know is this, those combinations that perform the results we desire. The atkins diet helps explain this.

      This diet works by combining two elements. The first element is protein and fat as a group. The second element is the elimination or restriction of carbs. It is these two elements that make the atkins diet work. The atkins diet combination is a proven method for fast fat loss. There are several other combinations as well with there own special merits.

      
  •   Jet Burn Diet Explained

  • The jet burn diet has one food group as it's core with other food groups added to enhance it. It is the combination of these food groups, and there enhancement that when combined in large enough amounts, the result is a thermogenic enhancement. It improves fat loss and speed of fat loss.
      The jet burn is the best of all diets, because it has few restrictions and can followed with little problem. The mandatory requirement of the diet is that the core food group be eaten in the largest amount(calories) and a further fat loss enhancement is created when other food groups are added in there proper amounts. When they are, the fastest fat loss possible is produced. Faster than the atkins.

      There are a few things that will insure the atkins diet works as well as it can and will relate them later on.

      The bean-lentil group is the core. Next comes cheese and can be variable as to calories. The calories from the bean - lentil group should always be higher than any other food eaten(the only exception to this being cheese - witch can be either more or less calories than the bean - lentil group. If your trying to lose weight these cheese calories should be less than the bean - lentil group. If your maintaining a desired weight level, the cheese calories can be increased to 1000 calories and less beans - lentils eaten. Cheese is the only exception and all other food group calories should be less than the bean - lentil group. Beans - lentils is the central and dominant food group of the jet burn diet. Next comes grains - there calories should be somewhat less than the bean - lentil group. As you can see here, the most calories in the jet burn fat loss diet are going to come from beans - lentils and slightly lesser amounts of grains. This is are first food combination. Beans by them self's are the strongest and most effective natural weight loss food group known to man. But even so, we can do better than this. Grains by themselves are neutral as to fat loss, but when combined with beans, in slightly lesser amounts than the beans, they become an active fat loss agent. When grains are added to beans, it's abilities as a fat loss agent are further increased. So, by the simple combining of two food groups in there proper amounts, we have created a fat loss engine. We can do better than this though. Lets us maximise the fat loss horsepower this engine makes and give it a perfect balance, and make it self healing as well. But first, let me explain how cheese combined with these two other enhanced foods groups works. Cheese by it self is a neutral as to fat loss. When beans are combined with it, it's abilities change and it to becomes a fat loss agent. It changes from neutral to positive fat loss agent. Fortunately, grains has a very similar effect on the cheese. We now have three foods that have been modified or improved by being combined with each other. The addition of foods from the cucumber - squash - melon food group and the potatoes - tomatoe food group further enhance are fat loss engine and were almost ready for the french grand prix. All the other recommended food groups can now be added and there combined interactions will all improve are fat loss engine.
       Man made yeast and products, meat, unclean meat, unclean fish, lobster, excess refined sugar, excess extracted oils, and chicken, are not on my recommended list, I recommend they not be used at all.

      Foods release there energy at different rates, beans being about the slowest of all foods and potatoes-tomatoes and other foods much faster. Potatoes have nothing in common with refined sugar, even if the rate of energy release is similar. Potatoes by themselves eaten in large amounts - up to 10 or more a day will improve fat loss, they are a fat loss food group, eaten in this large an amount they also have certain side affects.

      
    Enhancement and Engineering - the jet burn diet.

      You are recommended to pay close attention to the words and ideas in this document, as it contains more user friendly knowledge about fat loss than can be found anywhere else.

      
      The critical thing in the jet burn fat loss diet is that the calories from beans - lentils are higher than any other food eaten, and when this is done, any other foods eaten in there proper amount, simply increases the fat loss and speed. If this rule is followed your desire to eat large amounts of any other food will vanish.
       Sense this the key to the whole thing, think about your own diet and how this would affect you. Example, your really hungry, in this state your liable to eat almost anything, but if you eat your whole mature beans first, after one or two or three cups of beans you will find that your desire to eat that whole jar of peanut butter or a giant bowl of ice cream or whatever will no longer exist.




       Other elements involved also. Two eggs, water based tuna fish, bee pollen, a teaspoon of honey, and cheese and yogurt should be eaten daily. Even a small amount of fish will help fat loss. Citrus, fruit, and grape juice should be eaten daily, a cup or two of grape juice, a half lemon and lime or half an orange and a half of some fruit like a plum or apple or whatever should be eaten daily. Fat loss is not just about thermogenic enhancement but also about a balance between negative and positive, the citrus, fruit, grape juice are all positive and help balance the negative bean and potato groups. You might ask yourself at this point if there is any food group that doesn't help fat loss, eaten in there proper amounts the answer is no.

       Fat gain is almost entirely caused by excess refined sugar and to a lesser extent more than 1000 calories of fat in the diet, but the inability to lose this fat has been clearly defined. The jet burn fat loss diet is about a 1500 - 2000 calorie diet diet when all the foods needed are combined. But the calories for fast fat loss must be 2000 or below. A salad of lettuce, green beans, spinach leaves, brussels sprouts or cauliflower, onions, radishes, cucumber, squash, melon family and any other green leafy food you like is good. The brussels sprouts or cauliflower are important and will improve the fat loss when combined with beans. The onion, radish, peppers type family of foods and the cucumber, squash, melon family are also important as they will enhance fat loss when combined with the the tomato-potato-bean combination. There are no bad food combinations, it is simply a question of food amounts, the food group that you eat the most calories of, simply becomes the dominant player in the game of weight loss. Restricting your eating times to certain parts of the day is a waste of time, as the human body is quite capable of adapting to any normal regimen. There is about 100 calories in a head of lettuce and this much or less should satisfy most people.

       One half of an almond joy bar is fine and recommended as a way to get your coconut, nuts, and chocolate at the same time. The refined sugar on this diet must be kept at 125 calories or less and any oil added, to the same amount. The diet will not work if you add more oil or refined sugar than this. This is the jet burn diet, the total amount can be adjusted to your liking, less for a faster fat loss and more for a slower fat loss if your comfort level or appetite needs it.

      This is also the way you should eat when trying to maintain your desired weight level, and the calories here can be increased to 3000. Whole grains such as brown rice or oatmeal can be increased, as can the beans and the amount of cheese. As long as you keep eating the required beans. And remember that drinking enough water will help all fat loss diets, however they work. The jet burn diet speeds fat loss as well as preventing fat gain when returning to a full calorie diet.

  • Restrictions

  • Atkins Diet

  • The basis of these diet requires that the carbs be limited to 20 grams. This is how it works. To improve this diet follow these rules.

    Pay close attention to the 20 gram carb limit

    10 grams or 40 calories of your carb limit should come from tomato or tomato vegetable juice - a full 8 ounce glass

    the remaining 10 grams of your carb limit should be split between coconut, peanuts, other nuts and a 5 gram salad

    the rest of your calories will come from eggs, fish, cheese, butter


    calories must be limited to 2000 or less for this diet to work at fat loss

    for the atkins diet to work it's best, this rule should also be followed, carefully adjust the foods in this diet so that the total calories from fat do not exceed 1000.


  • Close to ideal


  • 1000 calories hard cheese, two eggs ( 150 calories ), two cans water based tuna ( 300 calories ), and 80 to 100 calories from the 20 to 25 grams of carbs will work well on the atkins diet.

      Notice that a large portion of the calories come from hard cheese ( 3 grams of carbs for 1000 calories ), this is about a half pound of cheese(the removal of carbs from the diet combined with the eaten cheese is a combination and the normally neutral cheese becomes an active fat loss agent in the process) and should and will make the atkins diet more enjoyable and much easier to stay on. The thought of eating more than two eggs a day may or may not appeal to you, but eating more eggs a day than this gets kind of revolting after a while, I recommend two a day. Eating more than two cans of fish ( 150 calories a can ) of water based tuna fish gets old after awhile too.

      Look, you need to stay on this diet for a long time if this diet is the one of your choice, so it has to satisfy hunger and be appealing at the same time, the large amount of cheese will go a long way in this department, the 8 ounces of tomato or tomato - vegetable juice will also help. This is about 1600 calories.

  • Water and Air

  •   There both free, for water all you have to do is open your mouth and swallow. Every glass of water you drink lowers the bodies core temperature slightly, it takes calories to raise it back to normal as well as heating the water itself to normal body temperature. Water also helps fat loss by providing a liquid river or rivers where the necessary chemical transfers for fat burning can occur. Two quarts to gallon or more a day seems reasonable. Diet soda is not water and does not count.

  • Rate of fat loss

  •   Let's get real here, 1 or 2 pounds of fat loss a week is fast fat loss, any thing faster is wishful thinking or a metabolic gift.
      And again, 30 percent or 1000 calories fat is the upper limit, above this level fat loss will stop, on the atkins diet or any other diet. This 30 percent or 1000 total calories of fat in the diet should be burned into the memory, as should the fact that excess ( above 200 calories ) refined sugar is the main cause of fat gain in the first place.

      If you want to eat pure fat on the atkins diet, fine, just limit the total calories to 1000 or less. Animal flesh foods( witch I do not recommend ) differ greatly in the amount of fat they contain. Game meat, such as deer or elk or range buffalo or range cattle have very low levels of fat. About 15 percent. Water based tuna fish is 10 percent fat. White turkey meat is low also. Either can be used to provide a more normal fat intake. Eggs, chicken and most grain raised animals average in the 60 percent level. The total fat in any diet, atkins or any other should range between 1000 total calories fat and 30 percent fat level. A diet of pure cheese would work just fine on the atkins diet, if limited to 1000 calories. 1000 calories cheese contains 4 or so grams of carbs, and 700 calories fat, the point here is that the atkins diet is easily adjustable to make the level of fat at it's best for fat loss.

  • Special purpose diets


  • Atkins high boost turbo enhanced Diet

      For short periods of time, the atkins diet can be modified, in this way. Almost all the calories will come from eggs, and small amounts of the other foods. The purpose of eating almost thirty eggs a day for short periods of time is to fix whatever is wrong with the bodies ability to handle sugar(insulin) and to give the body enough protein and amino acids to repair cell damage - whether this damage is apparent or not

    this special diet is appropriate for everyone whether ill or not, to be used on an occasional basis for short periods of time - fat loss is also good on this diet

    Grape, Apple, Citrus Diet
      This diet is mostly grape juice, some apple juice, and a small amount of citrus juice. Nothing else except water or very small amounts of other things are eaten. The three juices enhance each other, and if the calories are limited to 2000 or less, good fast fat loss is created.

      This diet has a special purpose, besides fat loss, and that purpose is the treatment of heart disease , all heart disease, whether it be blocked arteries or enlarged heart or whatever.

    Yeast, alcohol, or leavened bread must not be used with this diet, and the diet will help acne also if this rule is followed.


      These four diets should serve most purposes,


    the jet burn diet being general purpose,


    the atkins diet can be used to treat or reduce epilepsy and diabetic problems,

    the atkins turbo diet can used as stated before and above
    and the grape, apple, citrus diet can be used for heart disease, depression and a general cleansing,


    remembering that it is excess refined sugar, excess extracted and hydrogenated polyunsaturated oils, and more than 30 percent or 1000 total fat calories in the diet, that created are fat problems to begin with,


    yeast, alcohol, leavened bread, beef, chicken, unclean foods are also implicated as they cause problems with immune system response and infections.
